We are the medical device manufacturer of the saliva collection kit that the testing provider you selected has integrated into its COVID-19 testing process.
Each testing service provider will have its own process for registering the saliva you collected with our kit. It will also be that company or organization that maintains the portal and process for retrieving your test results. Instructions for registering your test with the testing provider are usually found printed on one of the panels inside their testing instructions. These instructions usually also illustrate where you log in to access testing results or if they will be emailed to you.
When you register this kit online with your testing provider you are connecting the kit barcode ID with your individual testing sample. The testing lab will deliver results assigned to, and identified by, this 12-digit ID number to the testing provider you purchased testing from.
All process and result notifications are controlled by and delivered to you from the testing provider you purchased this kit from. Any test processing or result questions should be directed to this testing provider.
Depending on where you purchased your COVID-19 test from, it will be only that company or organization that maintains the portal and process for retrieving your test results.
